Heyahh!!! First blog! Whoop, Whoop!
So, I'm in the process of getting myself back! I'm sure you can figure out what I mean by that(; I'll just start from the beginning (:
Mah name is Ariel Lee. I'm 21 years old, and I've been married to Matthew Lee for 2 years and 9 months. We got married on July 9th, 2011 at 9am in the Oklahoma City Temple.
Over the last 2 years and 9 months I've....changed.
I don't wanna say it.....I don't want it to be true.........
but....... >.<
I have gained FIFTY POUNDS!
There. I said it. Typed it. Whatever.
I keep thinking that if I keep from saying it on something public like this, that no one will notice.
Psh.
Now you all know. That's okay, though, because I'm in the middle of a transformation!
I've never been more serious about it!
Sheesh. Putting it on was EASY! It almost seems like it happened out of nowhere. That's really how I feel.
I have worked out here and there over the last couple.........years.
Probably a hand full of times, but I haven't done it as consistently until now.
It's still hard, but it is getting so much easier. Probably has something to do with being tired of being depressed when I go to try on new (and even old) clothes.
I went to the gym today and it was pretty tough.
To be honest, I feel embarrassed and kinda silly when I notice that people see me going in there.
I don't want anyone to pity me or find it amusing when they see me on the treadmill.
It won't stop me from going, but I hope my attitude about that changes.
I downloaded a few AWESOME apps to my iPhone.
1. PumpUp
-Get it. Seriously. It's amazing, and the people on there are so supportive to one another!
2. 5K Runner
-This app was MADE for me! I didn't like running before cause I never knew when to rest and walk, and I didn't know if and when I was making progress. This app has levels and will tell you when to slow down, and when to pick up the pace.
3. Workouts
-That's all it's called. It has options for what part of your body you want to workout, or you can choose full body. It gives you time options. It plays videos so you know exactly what to do, and it has a LOT of variety!
4. Simply Yoga
-This app is just like Workouts.....only yoga :D
Alright. Goal Time!!!
My goal is.....to lose 50lbs by Christmas.
My hubby is gonna have a nice stack of cash for me when I get there (;
I'm still trying to convince him to take me back to Destin, Florida.....but we'll see what happens!
